· Analyze Problems/Situations
· Implement System HW/SW Components
· Use System Analysis Tools
· Use Systems Monitor Tools
· Perform System Performance Tuning
· Perform Systems Administrator-Systems Management * Communicate/liaise with customers and support end-users on Windows Systems
· System installation, configurations and testing for Windows Server OS ranging from Windows 2003, Windows 2008, and Windows 2012
· Manage, administer and troubleshoot storage systems
· Systems upgrading
· Perform systems change requests
· Security hardening and patching according to client’s security policies
· Systems administration, maintenance, backup/restore, performance tuning
· Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
· Handle 2nd level escalation from Service Desk team
· Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution
· Troubleshoot server related problems to restore services to meet stated SLA/OLA
· Being part of the on-call support rotation
· Engage third party vendors for hardware fix and replacements
